Please read these Website Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the Protean Digital (https://proteandigital.io) website (the “Service”) operated by Protean Digital LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

3. Use of the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or access to the Service without our express written permission.
Enclosed is a copy of the boilerplate terms of service minimum requirements from the carriers.
Protean Digital LLC products & services:
1. Protean Digital LLC products & services are offered to grow your business. Once you opt-in you may receive any combination of SMS/MMS, email, and/or phone calls in order to coordinate appointment reminders, marketing messages and/or occasional offers about our services.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to: growth@proteandigital.io.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary in order to update you regarding appointments or our products and services. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
4. Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service.
5. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Protean Digital. Protean Digital has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms & Conditions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
